Lucila is Founder and Director of Right Business Consultancy, a Brussels based company which provides Coaching, Training and Consultancy services across continents. Previously she worked for a Swedish multinational and one of the largest direct selling companies in the world, where she held positions as International Sales S. Manager with responsibilities over 60 countries, Regional Marketing S. Manager for EMEA (Europe, the Mediterranean, the Middle East and Africa), Training Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager.
